 The stainless-steel drum is a must for electrostatic seasoning, as it's food grade and conductive so the electrostatics can do their job while still being grounded so everyone is safe.

The probes are where most of the electrostatic magic happens. The dry seasoning probe on the top is used for all dry seasonings/coatings. The probe below it is the oil probe used for spraying electrostatically charged oils to help the coatings adhere to the product in the drum if the product requires it. 

This stainless-steel screw feeder and vibratory pan duo are what meters and moves your seasoning/coating along and into the drum to coat the intended products. The ability to control how much or little is put out helps reduce waste.
