Electrostatic Probes
The probes are where the magic happens as they put out a negative charge. The dry powder probe on the top is used for all dry seasonings/coatings. The probe below it is the liquid probe used for spraying aerated electrostatically charged oils to help the coatings adhere to the positively charged product in the drum if the product requires it.

This stainless-steel screw feeder and vibratory pan duo are what meters and moves your seasoning/coating. The Air Knife located under the vibratory pan is what aerates the powder for the dry probe. The ability to control the powder output along with the electrostatic charge helps reduce waste.
